VPN Recommendations? - Artificial_mybb_import10224 - 12-28-2012 Anyone have any recommendations for top 3 paid and free VPNs? I prefer ones that do not keep logs. How simple is TOR and Expat Shield? I have heard of TOR, but it seems somewhat complicated especially for what it can do. Never heard of Expat Shield. I prefer something that can just connect, unless there is a good tutorial. Both of these are very simple. TOR is as easy as downloading a new browser. (You can do a lot more than that in it, but thats all you have to do in order for it to work) and Expat Shield is as easy as running a .exe file
RE: VPN Recommendations? - Shining White - 12-29-2012 http://www.tunnelbear.com/ https://www.kryptonvpn.com in Team Extraordinary area i have shared Krypton OpenVPN Client Based on 13 countries with no logs RE: VPN Recommendations? - mr.good - 01-12-2013 If you want your own, you can make socks on some site, by uploading a shell (like c99 or so), and create it. There you can trust to yourself, by putting a protection with single html index file, or some redirection from dir where the shell is, and also, you clean your own logs. Simple and cost nothing
RE: VPN Recommendations? - Linuxephus™ - 01-12-2013 *VPNBook* as listed by Vartak in the link listed. I've had nothing but satisfactory use with it. The thread will list it as "no logging", but read the Fine Print on that subject on their own website. P.S.-I don't personally like the fact that they list their Certificates for Authentication for easy access via download considering an individual with the proper engineering knowledge could potentially do some nefarious activities with something of that nature. Notwithstanding that single point of contention from me personally, it works great. RE: VPN Recommendations? - Linuxephus™ - 01-12-2013 *VPNBook* as listed by Vartak in the link listed.
