The potential for "binded Malware" I don't contest.
Yet, if the Author of the this Thread is knowledgeable enough, he, like any other here, will know how to avoid such by downloading what he needs with-out the addition of "potentially" infected Malware.
Downloading from any torrent site always carries an inherent risk of Malware and Lord only knows what else.
Unfortunately, it comes with the territory so to speak.

I scanned it directly with *Bitdefender* which returns zero infections.
Personally, I'm trusting Bitdefender in that arena.
*VirusTotal* link for website I downloaded the file in question.
*Link* for the downloaded file via direct download.
Choose the Second option under Sponsored High Speed Downloads.
The rest I'll leave up to your decision.
Footnote: I personally trust Bitdefender enough for the VirusTotal scans to be negligible. Including the other Major Ant-virus Vendors whose scan engines were used.
As an added means of security however, if need be, let a number of the Community give there opinions on the subject as added guidance for an affirmative or negative if they so desire.
Re: Update: File is a Downloader for other files of varying nature.
Installed it in Wine 1.5.19 & works fine there with-out any adverse effects. It "offers" to install several toolbars of varying, annoying nature *with* an opt-out option for said toolbars to not be installed.
Last, Email Password Cracker 1.0.x is Not available with-in the options of what can be downloaded.
And I just wasted my forking time and yours.
Recommendation: Seek an alternative to your current request.

There's no such softwares. Everything you see on Youtube and Google are so called Phishers or RATs.
