just like a usual post I want to know how to hack, but more specific I want to learn how to hack computers with cmd or with command doesn't matter.

You should check out my tutorial called "Where to start with hacking!" Which you Can find in my signature.
CMD hacking? Basically you can't do any serious damage/things through CMD. Go for another thing.
