I don't think that there is a Dota 2 no-steam version, because the game itself isn't completed yet as I know. Although, i can send you a dota 2 invite through Steam if you are on it

There is a torrent for Dota 2 HERE, but I do not know if I would trust it or not as I just found it searching for it.

It is definitely a fake. As I said, Dota 2 is still in beta (i guess?), that's why there are no non-steam versions of it.
