Search engines and contents watched - Madderc - 11-15-2012

Basically the question is, if I want to search google, just be around the forum, do just plain information gathering (about topics such as hacking for example), am I facing any risk?

Well, it is obvious that google track every search made, but my doubt is if one should avoid doing sensitive searches or go through certain procedures if that kind of research is necessary.

If you are that worried about it, use a proxy or vpn. While some things surely are being watched, they can't act on all things at one time. Just use common sense - if you find something on the internet, you're probably not the only one who touches it.
