Port forwarding? - Nefarious - 03-21-2013
I was going to try to set up dark comet, but I do not know how to port forward.
Can anyone tell me what to do? Here is a picture of the router options.

i think its like this.
server ip is what ever the pc hosting your rat server ip is.
the starting port and ending port is the port you want opened.
like mine, i have my ip 000.000.000.10 cus im the 10th pc on the network and i have port 22119 open when im ratting. but when im not i close it, you should close the port when not in use.

Keep common services as-is. Put a name for the port as something you will remember, so for instance "DC" (standing for Dark-Comet). Next, open up Command Prompt if you're on windows and type in "ipconfig". This will bring you up a few network IP settings. Look for the one which has things like "IPv4" "Default Gateway" "Subnet Mask" etc, mine is in the Wireless section.
Copy down the IPv4 IP address. This is what you enter into Server IP Address, leave service type as-is, this will cover both the TCP and UDP protocol.
For "Starting Port" and "Ending Port" enter in the port you chose for your server connection on DarkComet. Then just simply click "Save".

Quick note, if you for any reason need to use multiple bots, be sure they're all on different ports; or they'll be sending messages to each other, and make sure you set up the dark comet rat with the same port you use here.
