What you will need: Serial Number
1. Get a Serial Number
When I say you need a serial number, I mean you need the serial number from the back of the shaver. If you go on ebay, and you look at the pictures and you see on the outside of the shavers box "SN: ###########" this is NOTTTTTT the number. You need the serial number that is on the back of the device that starts with a 5 and has 9 numbers all together.
2. Get the Base
Now all you have to do is contact Philips via Live Chat or Phone whatever you are more comfortable with and tell them that the device will not power on. What they will first do is send you the base of the unit. Basically they will give you the main part of the shaver but not the shaver head or the shavers docking system.
3. Get the Head <-- lol if you know what I mean xd
So what you need to do is contact them once again after you have gotten the base, and complain about the shavers head... Say that it is pulling out your hairs or something.
4. Get the Dock
Then once you have gotten the head, contact them about how the docking system will not charge your shaver.

Won't they notice if you get all the parts to a single address? I would use a drop.

You could use a post office box, your house, friends house's, or a drop.
