theoretically, they can, as cybergate (like most RATs) is connect-back. of course, most of them won't find you. if you want to be sure though, use a good VPN and no-ip set up anonymously (through VPN/proxy).

i dont know how to do that, but i dont think any of them will come to my home
can you suggest me other rat , keylogger to hack steam accounts and the email that related to that steam account ? please

I don't know any designed specifically to target steam and I don't know if steam's new encryption algorithms are broken already so just use a keylogger or any RAT with a keylogger.
