Hay guys if you'd like to keep yourself hidden i suggest you download a software called hotspot shield. There are over 10+ million users (for paid and free). I am not giving a link because its straight off google on a secure site and download at your own risk please but its safe. ^.^
Also you can change your ip address through browser based sites like:
Hidemyass.com
Free versions for sites like these are limited and won't let you load a client up. But there you are there are much more but these are what come up to mind

NEVER use HideMyAss. They save logs, and they will gladly give them to the government. So if you want to be a little more anonymous find a VPN that doesn't save logs(sadly). Also look for a site where you can buy with Bitcoins, just to stay extra anonymous.

Hotspot isnt best they will hand over logs. But other than that. I actually have hotspot running from boot very handy
