This is nothing bad. This is just to notify you that it IS allowed now. It used to not be, but now all bluedog is trying to say is that it is. He send that to everyone. Dont sweat it buddy.

Some people wanted to sell theyr DDoS/DoS service here at HackCommunity.
At first we didn't find it ethical how ever I find it ethical since I need stress testing at my servers from time to time.
