-Arrow Brush
-Brush for that black shit on the Hackcommunity.com text

Okay euhm, the brush doesn't really make sense. Also you made the font look really LQ by having it distorted. The subtext is okay but doesn't fit in the style you are going to make the banner in.
And the thing on the left.. eh just remove that.
I suggest you looking up some tutorials
