What do you think?
I really want this to be a .exe, if somebody knows how to make this then PLEASE contact me. I'm willing to pay if neccery.

really like it , i don't think its hard to do , who knows Web Scripting ,
coz already XenForo and IPB hace notification system ,
Developer can take Idea from those forum system ,
