I think Magic blue has been around for awhile now and it does work as intended, I think when it was first released it would have been able to bypass the older bluetooth authorization's but as time progressed so did security.

Yeah, I had this about 5 years ago. It was fairly decent at the time, however, it won't work on most new smartphones.
