I'm at school and I've known this girl for about 2 months now and she even told me she likes me and I told her I like her to but she doesn't believe me and WANTS ME TO PROVE IT the situation is I don't know how to prove it how am I suppose to prove it we never hugged and she's kind of insecure doesn't like back hugs. What can I do to prove that I like her.

She's screaming at the top of her lungs for you to kiss her.. Next time she asks you to prove it, just give her a good peck on the lips. If she asks you why you did that, you can always say "Well, you told me to prove it, so I did" and make it seem like she brought it onto herself. You see, it's win-win.
EDIT: Oh, and speaking of hugs, just open up your arms when you see her walking in front of you.

That's what I was thinking. But I'm assuming she is really insecure and doesn't want to risk stepping out of her bubble.
Just keep trying buddy, she'll burst eventually. When she moves away just truthfully say "Look, I can't keep liking you if you keep rejecting my advances." or something along those lines.
