Hello, I am new to this forum. Would someone kindly inform me on how I could go about writing my own facebook freezer application using C#? BTW, I have an intermediate-level knowledge of C#.

First of all you'll need to know How a Freezer Works - How Facebook Works .
And what do you mean by Freezer here ? Hang Facebook on your/your Victims IP/PC ?
If yes you can do so by making Bot that changes Hosts File Info .
