It can do numerous things. It's basically it's own OS, amplified and taken to the next level. It has multiple hacking, exploiting, phishing, (tools), and more! It even comes with a good amount of bookmarked websites where you can actually learn to use all of the programs and tools installed on Back Track, etc. Though, it gets quite annoying. I switched back to Windows due to the stress it put me through.
