I'm new here,and i want to introduce myself.
I come from The Netherlands,i download much (Peer2peer,i'm good in that),and i'm interesting
in hacking.
I'm a Noobie in hacking,no experience,but will to like to do experience in that.

Where is the best i can start?

You said you download a lot, I suggest you be careful.
About hacking, the best experience is Rating if you ask me.
There are many tutorials about Ratting.
