How do you think govt. will counter the recent attacks? I don't think they would be keen on taking down any other sites like megaupload right away and increasing the intensity of attacks on themselves. So what will possibly be the outcome of this war?

In my opinion, I don't think that a cyber war needs to be "claimed" official. A cyber war is a cyber war, and there is no doubt it had already started.
