Nice. If i should mod it id say it should be green.( i think green = hacking idk why.. maybe cuz of matrix etc..)

Text is huge and the size is too much. Should be around 40kb at the most.
I give 3.5/5, but don't worry you are getting there.
EDIT: here is a PNG-8 with 128 colours. Hardly any quality difference, but it's 112kb less.

I like it, that could be the X-Mas HC logo, because it really looks like snow.
