Human Manipulation: Anchoring - The Great White - 06-06-2011 Hello and this is TGW. I am doing a small, little guide on the effects of anchoring certain emotions to certain actions. First of, Anchoring on google means "Moor (a ship) to the sea bottom with an anchor", however, in Human Manipulation, it is the series of steps in making a certain action show a certain emotion from the slave (Victim). Now, to do this, I will give an example. Say that your a parent and your child keeps taking the spoons out of the kitchen drawers and throwing them on the ground just to hear a noise. If you want them to stop, you must tie a negative emotion to the noise. Say, when you yell at them, you drop the spoon. The anchoring part comes when you do this multiple times (Repetition) to a point that its fixed in the childs mind. If you have done it enough times and correctly, the next time they drop their spoon and hear the noise, they feel bad and recall the multiple yellings and punishments associated with the sound so they will slowly stop doing it because they don't want to feel bad. An example of positive anchoring is when, say, your a boss and one of your employee's did a terrific job on his project that you assigned to him. If you then give him a raise, he will, after a while, associate success as an extremely good thing and also, a way to get a better quality of life. The next time you assign him a project, if you were successfull, he might do even better and do it faster. This has been my guide to anchoring. If you have any questions, PM Me and I will get to it. Also, I wrote this tutorial on a bit of personal experience and also, because no one wrote any tutorials on Human Manipulation upset Optimist and a few others. EDIT: If you like this tutorial, please +rep and rate this tutorial for more
RE: Human Manipulation: Anchoring - Antique - 06-07-2011 Yaaay you finally made one, th3profet also makes some really good social engineering. But good work man.
RE: Human Manipulation: Anchoring - DefensiveSum - 06-07-2011 good stuff...makes sense thanks RE: Human Manipulation: Anchoring - The Great White - 06-07-2011 Also, I forgot to mention that Anchoring is also tapping into peoples past memories. So, if in the past they had a happy memory when you touched them somewhere, then if you do it again they will recall it. Its very good for doing it on yourself, like say you wanted to go to sleep and you couldn't. Well, every time you CAN go to sleep, tap your shoulder before you go fully asleep. Then, keep doing it every time is time to go to bed. The more you do it, the sleepier you get and the faster you get sleepy ![]() Also, thanks for the reply's
RE: Human Manipulation: Anchoring - Antique - 06-08-2011 Oh wow, I do the same thing too, not touch my shoulder but I do something to help me go to sleep. ;P RE: Human Manipulation: Anchoring - White Charisma - 06-12-2011 This is cruel! poor kid lol but good tut really lol
RE: Human Manipulation: Anchoring - Antique - 06-12-2011 Hmm, how is that cruel? lols. It's like anything, if you don't want your dog to bark, you could growl at him and give him a tap on the nose? Not really cruel.
RE: Human Manipulation: Anchoring - White Charisma - 06-12-2011 Tickle his tummy ![]() idk, i just feel sorry for him XD RE: Human Manipulation: Anchoring - The Great White - 06-16-2011 Tickle his tummy? No. Tickling a childs tummy is considered playful and if you associate playfullness to dropping a spoon, they will continue to drop that spoon because kids are naturally playful and its their dominant feature at that stage of development. See where I am going? RE: Human Manipulation: Anchoring - White Charisma - 06-16-2011 orrr,, if he drops a spoon, tell him no TV for the whole day and keep doing it untill he doesnt drop it?
