Why not just use firefox then and install a theme on it?

What do you need the browser for exactly? Building a fully functional web browser just for the custom gui sounds like a humongous waste of time.

mate just loook arounf i know l33ts.org has heaps. we wont code everything for you. anyway if you make a webbrowser in vb2010 it would have to have an IE engine meaning that all you are making is a skin for IE
