Most of you shurelky think that there is no program which can shutdown or hack web site but there is.Its called Godd Buy v3.0

When you download this win rar archive mopen Good Buy v 3.0
When opened under start button enter a link of unprotected site.
Click start button.
If site is unprotected it will surely be shutdown but it can be restarted again.
That is called DDos attack.

LOL! You can't shut a site down alone. At least without dozen of friends or a botnet.
