There is really not but hardly any hacking programs for halo 2 and I finally found one.

There is a whole bunch of campaign mods in it,such as you can make a battle rifle shoot a scarab beam and have god mode too and speed hacks Smile

also you can activate all the skulls i the game too rather than finding them.There is many more things in it.
