Maybe you can turn off javascript to bypass cpalead..

It was easy before cpalead changed their script. But now the bypass is not free.

You can try this script also provided by Survey-Remover. Doesn't work for me though.

I want download a program. The website provides a survey. The survey redirect to other website. How to complete that survey?

This script is supposed to remove that survey script, but it doesn't work for me.
The other way would be to fill the survey using some fake info provided by Fake Name Generator
