So I Want To Get Into Graphic Design And I Have No Idea Where To Start.
So What Should I Have?
Are There Techniques?
Any Extra Stuff?

Uh. It's a hard thing, it's like art, you learn trough practice, and you'll find your style eventually. Here's my advice: just keep at it.

Start by following tutorials. Learn how to use Photoshop. Experiment. Become comfortable with designing things.

I taught myself Photoshop, which has given me a good amount of experience with it, but I would recommend taking a vocational course on it.

A course you take at either a vocational trade school or a college that is specific and teaches the skill(s) you would need to specifically work with a certain field. In example, I'm attending a vocational beauty school and taking a course on Cosmetology.
