RE: North Carolina Judge Overturns Convictions Of Two Men In 1983 Killing - bluewood32 - 09-03-2014 Wow, if it was the other guys fought then what a waste of their lives. RE: North Carolina Judge Overturns Convictions Of Two Men In 1983 Killing - EngineerGalt - 09-03-2014 This doesn't say that they were innocent, just that there was a reasonable doubt introduced by the new technology. RE: North Carolina Judge Overturns Convictions Of Two Men In 1983 Killing - syllalib - 09-04-2014 I could not agree more ! Some other closed investigations could be reopened also... RE: North Carolina Judge Overturns Convictions Of Two Men In 1983 Killing - vitix8u - 09-04-2014 I'm curious... RE: North Carolina Judge Overturns Convictions Of Two Men In 1983 Killing - grotudoli - 09-04-2014 Stuff like this is probably the only reason I can't support the death penalty. There is always a chance, just a chance, that we have it wrong and the person is innocent. It still sucks to be locked away wrongly convicted. Ugh. Some day can't we just get it right? |
