Ability to show all UserGroups - Nyx - 08-17-2014
I think it'd be cool to have the ability to display all the groups we are in, for example instead of mine JUST showing Gold, I could also have Legends and Otaku under it, kind of like a badge for anyone who ever was a Scout/Girl Scout. I wouldn't mind some feedback on the poll!

You currently do on your profile. If you are looking it to be on all of your posts, never. It would look messed up.

I personally think it'd be a neat feature. The size on the userbars would have to be decreased a bit just so people with a lot of groups could have it too, but I think it'd be cool like how a military officer or scout member has all of his/her badges on their uniform.

Or it could be like TTG(not sure if they still have it), but at one point back when I wasn't IP banned they had a feature where it scrolled through all your usergroups without needing more than one userbar space.
An example would be:
I'm in Legends, Anime and Moderators(just saying, these aren't really my groups). First userbar that shows is Legends, then it fades out and then fades in with Anime and does the same with Moderators.
Obviously it would be up to your selection with the userbar order though.

I understand, kind of like a blinking light, one bar would blink in, then go out, and another would take its place on an endless loop.

Exactly. But with the TTG version, it would fade in and fade out(like the windows movie feature?). It was really clean, sleek and smooth. I wouldn't mind seeing it here on SL.

I almost feel like you were mentioning me in this post :p
But I like your idea though. Rather than showing all the usergroups a person is in at one post, it'd fade to show all the others. Maybe an option to disable it if people wanted to choose.

I wouldn't mind this at all yet I think if this ever would be implemented it should be optional.
