Explain how you purchased one of their products off of Amazon and it's not working. Wait for a reply back. They should give you troubleshooting steps. Let them know that the troubleshooting steps haven't worked and you need the product to start your diet. Wait for another reply back. They will ask you for proof of purchase and other information.
