Background suggestion? - Jiggly - 07-19-2014

I've been doing some drawings lately and I've got one that I am still in the process of drawing.

It's a dragon (in case that wasn't obvious) and it's going to be edited so the proportions of the head/neck/shoulders look better before completion. On top of that, I need to decide what background to put in. Currently the dragon will be just on a rock... How original. I need to come up with something interesting to put in the background, and get some feedback on the overall look of the image.

If you've got any good ideas, please drop them in a post below!

I will be completely unoriginal here, and suggest a volcano or mountains. If you don't mind the extra details and other work, maybe a few baby dragons flying in the background, so it gives a feel of the main one looking over them?

You should draw a house in the middle of a giant wheat field.

Omg that house... I may use that image for another drawing I've got in mind actually :3 Thanks for the suggestion!

Ohhhh I totally forgot. Yeah, it's on my old laptop. I've got my Birthday in a month, so hopefully I'll be getting a new tablet and I can just colour over some lineart and fix it up for you. Thank you for reminding me!

Kinda goes with MiS's suggestion too. I really like it Biggrin Could I use the original image of the background please? Biggrin
