Arma 2 Cannot Install - The_Joker - 03-30-2014
I bought Arma 2 through steam, as part of a bundle. Other bundled games
(Arma, Arma Tactics) run fine. However, when I attempt to run Arma 2 I get
an "Unsupported 16-Bit application error. The error dialog say that the
battleeye setup cannot run due to an incompatibility with 64-bit windows.
Here are the following steps I've taken:
Manually Attempting to run the file (Same error)
Checking Steam cache (Cache was good)
Reinstalling game (issue persists)

Setting the file to run in compatibility mode (same error)
Anyone dealt with this problem before? Anyone have any other ideas on how to fix?

Make sure all your drivers are up-to-date
delete launcher file
verify game cache
if nothing else works uninstall steam reinstall
