Getting server address on LoL - Bannedshee - 03-23-2014 So i was on league today and just thought of browsing the files to see whats in there. After about an hour of searching, i found something interesting. if you go to C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Logs\Game - R3d Logs you will notice a bunch of text docs with dates on them like this as you can see, these are all from 2013, but if you scroll around, you will find 2014. And if you look even closer, it tells you the exact date. Okay so after looking at the docs i found that these contain 2 main things. 1.Logs from your games and 2.the ip address of the server your playing on To find the address of the server your playing on, simply navigate to C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Logs\Game - R3d Logs and in the search bar, search for "2014-MM-DD" Replacing MM with the month e.g "01" "02" "10" "12" and DD with the day "11" "01" "09" Make sure that before you do this, you play at least one game that day. Also, the ip address changes every single day. Now once you've found the log for that day, open it. You should see something like this Okay, now in the search bar search: "LoLlauncher.exe" The result should be: Finally, at the end of that line, is the ip address, in this case i was 192.64.171.173 So yeah, enjoy.
