Do you tell? - warmweatherwoman - 02-19-2014
I always get questioned about my age even when I divulge the truth- (which I usually always do considering my age)...people always think I am lying because I've been blessed to look young.
That made me wonder about the percentage of not only women..but people..that may lie about their age.
Do you lie about your age ever? If so, what is the reason? Do you make yourself older or younger?

I don't think many people would lie about their age, honestly I find it strange anyone would lie about there age unless they were trying to get into a bar or something and were underage for something they wish to do.
I've personally never done that, since the bar scene was never my cup of tea. Also since I don't need to lie about my age now, since I'm over the legal age anywhere.

See this is what I think most guys would say! Why lie? That's how I feel too. But then again..most of my friends swear I should of been born a man....with the size balls I have.... LOL

No, because they haven't carded me or ask for DOB. I'm 17, been told I've looked older.
But when I'm carded I just say I don't have it or they ask for the DOB which is always 10-13-95 for some reason.

I usually don't lie about my age. I've always looked to be between 18-21.
I'd lie about my age if it made you feel better though.

Just hearing you say "95" makes me feel a wee bit older ..lol.. being born in 1975 will do that.

I do not lie about my age, because I am 26! But I do lie about my age when I am trying to get into something for free or for a discount. Me and my adult niece went to a water park one summer on a hot day. Adults were $8 to get in, and under 16 was $5. Since we both are short, me 5'1 and her 4'11 would said we were 16 years old. He didn't believe us and had the nerve to ask us to show our ID's which we did not show since we were suppose to be 16 and he ask us how we got there and I said we were dropped off; making sure I had my car keys hidden. So he could not prove anything and we got in for $5. lol!
