I also think the award should be changed for retired staff only

I don't think this is a bad idea, in case some mods act bad, it would make the members know that people with the award are more capable of helping them, and they represent the forum better.

I think that both retired and current staff should have the award. Also the Mods are not staff so I agree that they shouldn't have the award.

I agree staff seems like something you earn and to show that you go to that point you should have that award.

Everyone Forum Team member, including admins, are commonly referred to as staff, there just so happens to also be a specific usergroup called Staff.

Was on my mind, decided to do it. Thanks for the suggestion, it does make sense since they aren't staff, only mods.
