I'd give users the ability to delete their own profile comments that they have made on others.
But maybe that's just me.

I'd advertise on some more forums, 360ISO maybe (IDK if it's an option, i just always see forum adds on there)?

I would get rid of the trial staff group, and make it the moderator group. Then, I would give staff access to AdminCP. That way, we can have team members dedicated to certain tasks such as spam control, account help, award management, etc.

I'd also add some more default avatars to use and possibly make the Historic Forums logo be a default signature.

Put stricter rules on staff, make them be nicer, and make sure they don't abuse their powers.

I'm sorry but make people in groups have bold white username there's like 350 members on this forum and 50 are group members! I think having 1/7 of the forum population (which could be less due to elite) with white bold username which isn't that different to normal members is not too much to ask!
