Odin the Superior | Introduction - Odin the Superior - 12-21-2013

Well.. where to begin? Hello everyone, my Internet alias is Odin the Superior, but I also go by the alias of Uzi, as I have been doing so for the past five years. My real name is John, and I am seventeen years of age and live in the United Kingdom. My 'real life' interests include fast cars, automotive repair and beautiful women. I am currently in college, taking a course on light vehicle maintenance, which will hopefully take me onward to becoming a fully qualified motor mechanic, as I do have a fascination towards cars, especially classic cars, such as the Peugeot 205, GTI edition, for example.
Aside from my 'real life' interests, I have been using image-manipulation software for several years, but I have recently taken a break from it all due to college and work. My online interests include reviewing graphic designs, posting on message boards, leaving my reviews on other websites, video games and a hint of web-mastery. Reviewing pieces or artwork and websites would be considered as something which happens out of the blue; if a member's looking for a website / graphic review, I'll surely provide them with some constructive criticism to help them progress.
As of recently, I've began becoming more of a lurker, rather than a member who gets a kick out of creating hundreds of responses each day. That doesn't necessarily mean that I'm not online, but it does mean that I'd prefer to read a thread and move on, unless it's necessary to leave a response with my opinion(s). Web-mastery has also been one of my few interests online. I have owned several Internet message boards throughout the years, but my most popular forum was named UziGaming (don't worry, I'm not advertising; the forum no longer exists), which surpassed 34,000 posts, 6,000 members and 4,000 threads. I merged with another board, considering I didn't have the time to keep the forum up and running. My preferred forum software would have to be MyBB, seeing as it's open source and provides users' with thousands upon thousands of customizations.
Video gaming has played a large role throughout my life. I began playing video games at around the age of five, and onward up until this point, at the age of seventeen. I don't believe I have ever played professionally, but I have considered partaking in tournaments. Who knows, maybe I'll up my game in the future? At the moment, I'm just too busy to spend hours each night playing video games. My preferred gaming system would have to be the Xbox 360, and my favourite gaming series would have to be Call of Duty, Battlefield, Grand Theft Auto, Forza and Assassin's Creed. I have never been a fan of football video games, unless I'm playing with friends or family members, so don't ask, ha. There are other video games series which I enjoy playing, but I these would have to be my all time favourites.
Aside from my interests, how about I give you an insight into me and my personality? Well.. I'm a very friendly guy once you get to know me, but on the outside I appear differently. There are times when I do have a very dry sense of humor, but that's just me. I have a tendency to make my responses cold-hearted, but that's only to deal with bullshit. I don't allow people to walk all over me; if I take a dislike towards you or something you've done, I'll simply confront you and move on. I don't hold grudges against anyone, and I certainly hope that nobody would hold a grudge against me either. I find it very difficult to socialize with other members' on message boards, as I feel like most of the time I'm trying too hard to blend in with the rest of the community, and it takes a lot of effort. I'm very blunt when it comes to responses, by the way; thought I'd just let you all know that.
That basically sums up my introduction! I look forward to spending my time on this community and meeting a few of you.
Thanks a bunch, everyone.

Do you dislike me that much? I don't know if you're quoting Justin Bieber's lyrics or not. You better not be. :nono:
