How do you browse this site? - Fallen - 12-21-2013
Step 1.) Navigate to HistoricForums.net
2.) I check the leisurely "Your Threads" and then make sure to either reply, ignore, and read. (Important threads I check afterwards.)
3.) After all of leisure "Your Threads" are taken care of, I go to my priority threads to add in information, updates, or anything that I need to accomplish.
4.) My OCD prompts me to check My Posts... If I see an unread page, then I click, read, and reply (usually).
5.) I then hit UserCP, to check any old threads I may have posted in that is now active.
6.) I hit View Today's Posts, and reply to anyone in any general section. (However, this is limited only to the 1st page of the New Posts.)
7.) Repeat all out of order.

Check for interesting posts

1. Open the site.
2. Open MyAlerts if I have some notifications.
3. Checking my posts from yesterday to see if I received any reply.
4. If someone replied, it's either I reply back or ignore out of laziness.
5. Stare at the screen and reload after a few minutes waiting to get some alerts.
6. Look at the pro stats.
7. Wander around the forum to see if there are any posts to report or rule breakers.

The Alert System is quite handy, but I only use it as a reference.

Even if I am new on this forum I usually do this on all forums.
Navigate to Historicforums.net
Check alerts or 'Your Threads'
Reply to people on my threads
Check My Posts to see if someone replied to me
Browse the site for new interesting threads

Usually I myself just go on view today's new posts and post away!

I just check "Latest Posts" and if there isn't anything interesting there I check the different sections for interesting threads

I just use view today's posts. And then I view my alerts

All I do is hit "Today's posts" and thats it.

I just click View New Posts and look for anything interesting.
