I was just wondering, does anything happen if you get so much negative rep. Like If you hit so many negative rep do you get banned or suspended from SL for an extended amount of time.

Doesn't say anything about it in the rules, so I would assume it's just there to give other members a 'heads-up'.

If you have a lot of negative rep it is for the most part earned by breaking rules, which means you will be banned soon. However people may just think you are LQ (not saying you are, just speculating), and therefore neg you.

You see what I was thinking what if someone wanted to get neg rep, and kind of like jiggly having the most positive rep he have the most negative rep. If you can see where I'm going with this.

maybe this should be suggested to oni. It could work (let's assume... -20 rep? I think it's really hard to reach that on accident)

Getting negged means nothing anymore.
You piss someone off = neg, and that's not how it should be.
Considering the fact that most self-inficted comments come from reputation, people shouldn't neg you just because you did something they don't like.
tl;dr - The reputation system is more of a comment board than a contribution detector.
