Cleaning it up won't be suspicious, but you shouldn't be using a drop that close to your house.

He means to use it as a drop house. A house which he sends fraud items to. Items which he got for free.

I dont see why not. I doubt they will question anything. Whether you clean it up or not. People tend to mind there own business, usually.
