VPNBook provides a free VPN. This one is good for bypassing blocked domains, but I am almost 100% sure they keep logs.

Just download Tor onto a USB and run it in school. It'll take a while to load up but then you'll have a secure connection that your school cannot block.

What are you intending to do with this proxy? I can link you to my personal one (my own site) which isn't blocked/firewalled by any school depending on what you're intending to use it for.

Please continue to insult me when you ask for an "htpps" proxy when there's no such thing as "htpps"...
