1. You are going to contact Olive Garden, in order to do so, click this link and scroll down:https://www.olivegarden.com/Secure/Connect/
2. Click I disliked something, input the Olive Garden closest to you, fudge up the date and time. For the number of people, put two adults and a reasonable amount of children (the more children, the more money)
3. Don't put in the server name or check number, click dine in.
4. In the comments box, you're going to tell them something along the lines of this: the food was cold and horrible, service was bad, server was rude and looked like he didn't want to be there. The key thing here is, say it was your kid's birthday and he brought his friends with him, and his birthday was spoilt. (not providing a default template due to saturation)
5. Put in your details, using a real email, and put in your real address (unless you have an easy drop) the gift card will be mailed there USPS.
6. You should get a confirmation instantly, saying thanks for sending your comments, we should get back to you shortly.
7. Within 2-3 days, you should get a reply which goes something like this:
Dear ___:
Thank you for your email. Guest feedback is very important to us and we appreciate your taking the time to share your comments.
We are sorry we disappointed you on your visit and are anxious to forward your ratings to the appropriate management team. That way we can make immediate corrections to ensure pleasant future dining. However, there are some details of your visit we would like to obtain. Please reply to this email with your server's name and/or description. Also, please include the check number listed on your receipt. If you no longer have your receipt, please reply back with the name's of the entrees ordered so that we may locate your visit in our computer records.
We look forward to hearing from you and personally resolving your concerns.

8. Reply that you were feeling hassled at the time because you did not want to mess up your son's birthday, and did not note down the server's name. Say there were so many kids that you did not remember the names of the dishes ordered. Finally, say that you did not feel the need to keep your receipt.
9. Finally, they'll reply like this:
