Step 1. Acquire a serial number. I can't tell you how to do this. Figure it out.
Step 2. Go to Sony's site and contact them.
Step 3. Tell them your system is doing nothing but giving you a pulsing blue light. Sound angry and highly annoyed.
Step 4. Request a replacement, standard procedure here on out. Make up your own reasons.
Step 5. Enjoy your new PS4.

Console product serials can be tracked, and I'm yet to see anyone actually pull off a method like this.
