I did this a couple months ago so I dont know if this method still works. I will try again on a new account and see.
Requirements:
Battle.net Account - With Game that you can use Authenticator on.
Step 1: You can either call them or you can create a support ticket. I find the support team on the phone is harder to negotiate with. To create a support ticket go here

Step 2: You can basically tell them that one of your friends recently has had his/her account hacked and you were hoping you could get a free authenticator because you don't have a Iphone for the Mobile Authenticator. (Dont Copy + Paste)

Just click "Go back to account management. Then click on the settings tab, then account and shipping.
