Works on any company and can't really be patched Tongue

Go to the target motherboard's site and get the support email then send them a quick email of something like this:
Hello I recently bought the _____ and there was a long piece solder protruding from the back of the CPU block and it stabbed into my hand as I grabbed it. This is a company error and I'd like a replacement shipped I can send the motherboard that I have back but it may have some blood stain on it.

And they will basically ask for an address since they cant accept a product with blood on it they must give you a new one
