There is this company is Los Angeles that sells baby blankets. I first emailed their customer service and was informed to call their customer support. So, I called.
1. Call 213 955 4516 (US phone number) They are open Monday through Friday hours I think 9am-5pm.
2. Complain that your baby blanket you ordered has its threads falling apart. If the customer service lady doesn't listen, ask to be directed to the owner/supervisor.
3. Insist on if they don't send you a replacement, you will file a complaint with the BBB. (This will finally get them to ask for your email and send you either a replacement blanket worth $60 or send a check via FedEx). If they send you a baby blanket, these are worth a lot of money on E bay.
4. Success!
