Go to http://www.artscow.com and Create an Account
Go to the Mousepad, click the "CREATE IT!" Button, and customize your mousepad. ( http://www.artscow.com/photo-gifts/Mousepad )
After you are done customizing your mousepad, click "Add To Cart" and click "Proceed to Checkout"

The picture I found for the mousepad was crazy quality, I was expecting it to be a poor outcome on the mousepad but it actually wasn't. It looks really really high quality in real life, compared to that photo.
