[hide]1. Go to Blockbuster or Gamefly and register
2. Rent the game or movie you want
3. Wait for it to come in
4. Wait one more day
5. Email/Call them saying it did not come
6. They will ask you if you want them to send you a replacement or a different game/movie
8. Ask for the game/movie back
9. When you get the other copy send the new one back.
10. And you should be finished and will have a new game/movie.[/color]
