Ok, this is a tutorial on how to SE Apple. All credits belong to me.

1. Add 20$ or more to a iTunes account. ALWAYS 20-30-40... Not 22 for example.
2. Buy anything you want.
3. E-mail Apple, telling them you didn't want to buy the app, purchase the in-app... whatever you want.
4a. They will refund you the money.
4b. They won't. In that case just insist a bit and tell them your son or brother bought it, misclicked... Again, whatever you find convincing.
5. Transfer your credits to another iTunes Account with different country, etc
6. Buy anything you wish.
7. Repeat all steps over and over-You will always have access to the purchased items.
