Proof this actually works? These programs are the programs I'm kind of iffy about because, even if their intentions are good, they can lead to problems with your computer.

That how it works and How we can create a back-up in it.
The back-up making thing is in-built so if you have any problems in the future you can restore to the backed up registry.

If you are having any problem then you can select on the back up you made and simply click on the restore and you will get all the old registry back.
