How to install fonts - Ash - 11-10-2013
How to install fonts. (Windows 7)
[ You will need to download fonts online, i use http://www.dafont.com/ ]
Method 1.
Spoiler:
First off, press the Windows button..

Once done the start menu will open up.

and type 'Fonts'.
These three results should come up:

Click the first result called 'Fonts', and a menu that looks like this should appear:

Now click and drag your selected Font file anywhere in the 'Fonts' window and it should install.

If that didn't work use Method 2.
Once done the start menu will open up.
Use the search box
and type 'Fonts'.These three results should come up:
Click the first result called 'Fonts', and a menu that looks like this should appear:
Now click and drag your selected Font file anywhere in the 'Fonts' window and it should install.
If that didn't work use Method 2.
Method 2.

This will open up the Start menu.
Now press 'Control Panel'.

After you press 'Control Panel', this will open up:

Now click the 'Appearance and Personaliztation' setting.

It should open up this window:

Now click the 'Fonts' Section.

This window should open up:
Now click and drag your selected Font file anywhere in the 'Fonts' window and it should install.
This will open up the Start menu.
Now press 'Control Panel'.
After you press 'Control Panel', this will open up:
Now click the 'Appearance and Personaliztation' setting.
It should open up this window:
Now click the 'Fonts' Section.
This window should open up:
Now click and drag your selected Font file anywhere in the 'Fonts' window and it should install.
Method 3. (Easiest)

Right click the font then click install.

Or you can just open the document and Click on the option Install.

if you have 1500 fonts like in http://diversebox.net/thread-595.html it's better dragging them all to "Fonts" in Control Panel

Only dragging not gonna help you until you install them.

Only dragging not gonna help you until you install them.
No, if you open fonts folder & a folder of say 1000 fonts and drag them into fonts folder they install.

No, if you open fonts folder & a folder of say 1000 fonts and drag them into fonts folder they install.
They install automatically, you only have to wait until they finish or click "Reinstall" if a font was already installed (will possibly occur if you install 1500 fonts at the same time).
Obviously, if you just have a font to install, right click>install
